Scheduling Information

To schedule your appointment, use the Contact Us button. Please share how you were referred and a little bit about yourself. I look forward to working with you.

What to expect in your Orientation Session
The purpose of your first session is your orientation. It includes gathering information, identifying your concerns, expectations and goals. Then we select the appropriate coaching protocol that works best for you.

Prepare by going to the "Big Question" section and collecting your thoughts. Your Orientation will determine which Method Option we will choose.

What can you expect from your Freedom Warrior Sessions

No two sessions are ever alike, yet they carry the same elements. Transformation through understanding allows you to incorporate the process of Freedomization™ into your life powerfully and effectively. It’s a simple process, although it won't always feel easy because our habitual thought patterns get in the way. “Ah-ha” moments will be experienced in and out of your sessions. Personal concerns diminish as you spend time with your Freedom Warrior coach. When the light bulb goes on, you will feel lighter and more clear.

Scheduled Sessions

All sessions are scheduled and prepaid. You can set up your appointment by phone, e-mail or texting. Sessions can take place in person, over the phone, using FaceTime or Skype. NOTE: The "end" time for your 1.5 hour appointment is not set in stone. If necessary, we may go up to 2 hours. I will use respectful discretion with regard to closing our session.

"Knowing about being in the moment and actually being in the moment, are two separate things. When you are in the moment, you are no longer mindful of knowing that you are in the moment."
