Group Workshops and Seminars

Freedom Warrior Coaching is easily customized to fit the needs of any group. A consultation with the leader helps determine the direction and intention of the workshop or seminar which helps to create a greater impact. To customize the content of a Workshop or Seminar, a consultation with the group leader is required. The implementation time will depend on the goal. Workshops are usually between 2-3 days and Seminars between 1-2 days.

Group Workshops - Workshops, by their very nature are more hands on. There are exercises, discussions and limited personal coaching. The Group Workshop environment is confidential so that individuals feel safe to share. Depending on the workshop dynamics, individual breakthroughs may occur. During the workshop, you get to see a piece of yourself and how you relate to others. You also have the opportunity to see yourself in someone else's sharing. Group Workshops focus more on exercises and less on intellectual learning.

Group Seminars - Seminars are more weighted in cognitive learning and offer a more comprehensive understanding around the process of breakthroughs and transformation. Although coaching may occur during the seminar, the focus is on delivering a customized curriculum based on the needs of the group.

*Price quotes are given after the initial interview and consultation.
There is a fixed fee for the consultation.

Workshops and Seminars are often recorded for learning purposes. If the event is recorded, participants would then be required to sign wavers. All recordings are subject to edit and will be used to inspire others.

"Knowing about being in the moment and actually being in the moment, are two separate things. When you are in the moment, you are no longer mindful of knowing that you are in the moment."
